2. Vehicle Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on our website and in person, including specifications, mileage, and pricing. However, errors may occur. Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and verify details prior to purchase.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment must be received before the release of any vehicle.
4. Vehicle Collection
Vehicles must be collected within the agreed timeframe. If collection is delayed beyond this period without prior notice, we reserve the right to relist or resell the vehicle.
5. Warranty
Used vehicles may come with a limited warranty. Details of any applicable warranty will be provided at the time of sale. Additional warranty packages may be available upon request.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in accordance with your legal rights or under any specific return policy offered in writing at the point of sale.
7. Liability
HJH Car Specialists are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or ownership of a vehicle purchased through us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
